Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Lisbon, Portugal and yes I love to travel and will be able to travel both locally and internationally if you need me to! If you want me to photograph or film your story outside of the central Lisbon area , it will require a travel fee, depending on where the shoot location will be.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
The amount of photos you receive, will depend on the package you purchase. Please refer to the image above to get more details on the amount of photos you will receive.
Can I get the RAW images ?
I don't provide raw images for clients. All packages and their prices includes retouching, colour correction and any necessary and carefully crafted "processing" that would lead to a finished result.
What is the payment procedure?
I require 100% of the cost of the shoot upfront to reserve the date and to reserve my time. Payments for the shoot should be made in full at least 5 business days before the date. A slot will only be reserved for you once everything is paid in full.
All payment details are available on your invoice. You can pay either by IBAN, PAYPAL or MBWAY.
